This notice applies exclusively to orders shipped to a destination within the European Union or the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway). Customers whose orders were shipped elsewhere should consult our Returns policy.
Pursuant to EU consumer protection law, you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the item, without obligation to provide a reason. The right of withdrawal applies as follows, depending on the product purchased:
STOCK ITEMS. The fourteen-day withdrawal period commences on the date you receive the item. Should you wish to withdraw prior to delivery, you may do so at any time from the date the order is placed.
STANDARD PRE-ORDER SHOES (STANDARD FITTING). The fourteen-day withdrawal period commences on the date you receive the item, regardless of the manufacturing lead time. Should you wish to withdraw prior to delivery, you may do so at any time from the date the order is placed. Please note that if you wish to cancel a standard pre-order before it has been dispatched, and outside the fourteen-day post-delivery window, cancellation is instead governed by the Order Cancellation provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
CUSTOMISED PRE-ORDER SHOES (ordered in UK D, UK EE, or our hybrid European H fitting), MADE-TO-MEASURE BELTS, and MADE-TO-ORDER SHOES are manufactured to your individual specifications and therefore fall outside the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellation of orders within these categories is governed exclusively by the Order Cancellation provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
Where an order comprises multiple items from different categories, the applicable withdrawal conditions are determined separately for each item.
EFFECT OF WITHDRAWAL. Clicking the withdrawal button below will open your email client with a pre-filled withdrawal declaration addressed to us. Once you have completed the required fields and sent the email, your withdrawal is considered validly exercised as of the date and time of sending, irrespective of whether the item has yet been dispatched or delivered. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming receipt of your declaration, together with a record of its content and the date and time of submission. This acknowledgement establishes that your withdrawal was made within the applicable period, irrespective of subsequent processing time. The return of any item already in your possession is a separate and subsequent step, addressed below.
PROCEDURE. To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the button below prior to the expiry of the applicable fourteen-day period. Your email client will open with the withdrawal declaration pre-filled. Please complete the fields — your full name, email address, phone number, country, order or invoice number, and the item(s) you are withdrawing from — and send the email. No justification is required.
